The in-situ nanomechanical testing system shall be capable of performing tests such as nanoindentation, compression, tensile (optional), bending and creep on nano /micro scale structures FIB milled from different materials (metals, ceramics, composites, etc.) with the aim of deriving their mechanical properties. The system shall also be capable of performing tests up to 600 oC.
