Phase de soumission de candidats.
L'embauche d'un ingénieur de design pour la partie «balance of plant» (les structures conventionnelles, des systèmes et des composants) de l'accélérateur 100 MEV.
Cett bureau d'etude externe ou d'un consortium développera le design complète, y compris le suivi de l'exécution, et commencer avec une révision le design conceptuelle.

Sujet: développements pour une installation nucléaire.
— révision le design conceptuelle,
— faire le design de base et de détail,
— suivi de la construction, installation et mise en service.
La procédure d'attribution se compose de 2 phases:
1) sélection des candidats
Au maximum, 4 candidats seront sélectionnés sur la base de critères de sélection initialement qualitatifs et, si nécessaire (> 4 candidats sélectionnés), une limitation du nombre de candidats sur la base de critères de sélection objectifs.
Les candidats sélectionnés recevront le cahier des charges et sont invités à faire une offre.
2) attribution du contrat
Étape 1: maximum 3 candidats sur la base de leur première offre et les critères d'attribution seront invités à leur BAFO;
Étape 2: sélection finale de 1 candidate ayant obtenu le score le plus élevé sur la base de son BAFO et des critères d'attribution.
