Short description:
Mit dem Projekt BESSY VSR soll die Synchrotronstrahlungsquelle des HZB zum Variablen Pulslängen-Speicherring ausgebaut werden, denn BESSY VSR wird den Nutzern ein variables Pulsmuster mit zum Teil ultrakurzen Pulsen zur Verfügung stellen. Zur Erzeugung dieser kurzen Lichtpulse müssen supraleitende Kavitäten in der BESSY II Maschine installiert werden.

Die BESSY VSR Kavitäten bestehen aus Niobium und werden elektrische Feldgradienten mit einer Stärke bis zu 20 MV/m liefern. Die Kavitäten sind das Herzstück der Anlage: sie müssen im Dauerstrichmode bei einem Strahlstrom von 300 mA zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Leistungs-/Lieferumfang ist die Entwicklung, Herstellung und Lieferung von:

— 1.50 GHz Kavität: 2 Prototypen mit 3 Klonen,

— 1.75 GHz Kavität: 2 Prototypen mit 3 Klonen sowie,

— 1.30 GHz Kavitäten (optional).

Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt wird davon ausgegangen, dass die 1.30 GHz Kavitäten Teil der Ausschreibung sein werden; dieses Los könnte gegebenenfalls zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt separat ausgeschrieben/beauftragt werden.

Verstöße gegen Vergabebestimmungen sind gegenüber dem Auftraggeber innerhalb von 10 Kalendertagen zu rügen.

Bei Verstößen, die sich aus der Bekanntmachung oder den Vergabeunterlagen ergeben, gilt dies bis spätestens zum Ablauf der Angebotsfrist.

Teilt der Auftraggeber mit, dass der Rüge nicht abgeholfen wird, kann innerhalb von 15 Kalendertagen ein Nachprüfungsantrag bei der zuständigen Vergabekammer gestellt werden (§ 160 GWB).
