Who We Are
Founded as a family business in France in 1840, Oldham Gas is one of the leading safety, fire and gas detection companies in the world and the top supplier in France. Our parent company, Industrial Scientific Corporation, is the world’s premier provider of iNet—gas detection as a service.
Our mission is to save lives, and we bring more than 100 years of experience to every product we manufacture and every system we engineer and install. We specialize in the design and manufacture of fixed gas detection products and systems, resulting in an undiluted focus on maximizing performance, quality and reliability.
Our gas detection products, which meet all major international certification standards, are used in numerous industries. Applications include oil and gas, offshore exploration and production, petrochemical, food and beverage, water treatment, automotive, steel production, liquid natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, pharmaceutical, power stations and many others.
Manufactured in four countries, our products are sold through a worldwide system of distributors, manufacturers’ representatives and sales subsidiaries.
