Rights granted to a Customer are not transferable to anyone else. NuclearMarket is a limited company registered in France and is governed by French laws. NuclearMarket make every effort to ensure that all the contents of reports, and other products are accurately described on our website but we accept no liability for any inaccuracy. The invoice shall be paid by bank transfer or cheque within 30 days of the date of issue of such invoice. Unless clearly specified, advance payment is requested from buyers. No report will be sent out unless payment is received. Due to the nature of the products, refunds cannot be granted. NuclearMarket reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual/corporation at its sole discretion. NuclearMarket reserves the right to terminate any licence granted to the Customer (in any format) while retaining for its own benefit all monies paid for the supply or other use of the same if there is a material breach of any of these terms and conditions by any member of staff within any part of the Customer's organisation. NuclearMarket owns and retain all copyrights and publication rights to all its reports and other products. Purchasing a report/product does not allow you any reproduction of the material contained within any report without express permission being granted. In such cases all material must be clearly sourced to NuclearMarket. Under no circumstances is any purchaser of a report licensed to resell or repackage or sell (or provide free of charge) data without prior written consent from NuclearMarket. Readers must not remove any indication of NuclearMarket's copyright from any format. Warranties and Limitation of liability NuclearMarket sells products in good faith but makes no claim that they are free of error or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law NuclearMarket specifically disclaims all other warranties (express or implied) including but not limited to any implied warranty of quality or fitness for any particular purpose. NuclearMarket shall not be liable to the Customer or to any other person for the consequences of any decision or action taken in reliance on any publication of data. The reports produced by NuclearMarket are for informational purposes only. These General Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law. 2 – Licence Agreements If you buy an electronic version of a report (usually in a PDF format) you agree to one of the following licence of use (depending on your choice when placing the order). 2.1 – “Single user” License Agreement for use of electronic reports You have purchased a report for personal use. We expect users to treat the report in the same way as they would treat a hardcopy book or report. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the report. Definitions · "the Report" - the report in an electronic Adobe PDF format. · "the User" - the authorised purchaser and user of the electronic report (name provided when the order is placed). The User Is Allowed To · Save the Report to the hard disk of a personal computer. · Make one print out of the complete Report for personal use only. · Print out a reasonable number of pages for personal use and for departmental use. · Include information from the Report in presentations and internal documents provided the copyright owner is mentioned (NuclearMarket). The User Is Not Allowed To · Email the Report to another person who is not authorised other than immediate colleagues employed by the same company within the same building (up to a maximum of 3 individuals). Note that colleagues are to be informed by the User of the terms of the license. · Email the Report to anyone other than the defined immediate colleagues. · Store the Report on a hard disk of a computer which can be accessed by anyone other than immediate colleagues. · Copy the Report to a mobile storage device (CD, floppy, USB drive, external hard drive, etc) other than for personal use (i.e. transferring it from a PC to laptop). · Publish the Report or sections of the Report on a company Intranet, the world wide web or any other electronic publishing system. · Modify or re-work the Report in any way or distribute, lease, rent, sub-license, charge or sell the Report. · Print out more than one complete copy of the Report or photocopy the complete print out. Copyright · NuclearMarket owns the copyrights and the publishing rights to the Report and the User acquires no ownership rights. · The User may not include material from the Report in published work without prior approval from NuclearMarket and without clearly crediting the copyright owner. At all times, it must be clear that the Report originated from NuclearMarket. · Make local electronic copies solely to ensure the efficient use by authorised employees. · Save the Report to the hard disk of a Company computer. · Allow any employee in the Company to access the Report. · Allow any employee to print extracts from the Report for personal use. · Make 1 print out of the complete Report for storage in Company library etc. The User is not allowed to · Send in any form (including by email) the Report, part of the Report or copy of the Report outside of the Company · Alter any part of the Report, including the addition, deletion or alteration in any way of text or diagrams · Reproduce the Report either in full or part by photocopy, facsimile, transcription or any other means not covered by the terms of this Licence without the express written permission of NuclearMarket. This includes any form of reprinting or hard copy distribution in quantity or for external purposes. · Use any part of the Report for marketing or publicity purposes including quotation from the Report. If a breach occurs the Licence will be revoked immediately and access to the Report must be suspended. NuclearMarket reserves the right to purse any subsequent action in recovery of damages. Copyright · NuclearMarket owns the copyright and the publishing rights to the Report and the User acquires no ownership rights. · The User may not include material from the Report in published work without prior approval from NuclearMarket and without clearly crediting the copyright owner.
