Budget IRSN. Paiement à 60 jr date réception facture Candidat pourra être: Entreprise indépendante ou Groupement Momentané d'entreprises Solidaires (GMES) avec solidarité du mandataire GMES ne peut être modifié entre remise candidatures et signature du marché. Interdiction de cumuler les candidatures. Convention du GMES: à communiquer au plus tard à la date de remise de son offre. Si GMES ou ss-traitance chaque entreprise devra fournir les docs énoncés au III.1 Si le candidat envisagerait de ss-traiter il devra fournir impérativement à la remise de l'offre: liste prévisionnelle des ss-traitants, leurs domaines de compétence et leurs références La cohérence entre la liste prévisionnelle et celle effective des ss-traitants est obligatoire, dès lors que le candidat a demandé que soient prises en comptes les capacités professionnelles, techniques et financières des ss-traitants Les ss-traitants seront soumis à l'agrément IRSN dès début des prestations ss-traitées.
