Contract performance conditions:
Sutarties įvykdymas užtikrinamas netesybomis. Jeigu tiekėjas neįvykdo arba netinkamai įvykdo sutartį, jis moka pirkėjui 10 (dešimt) proc. nuo sutarties bendros preliminarios kainos eurais su PVM dydžio baudą.
Jeigu tiekėjas vėluoja vykdyti sutartinius įsipareigojimus (patiekti prekes ar jų dalį, suteikti paslaugas ar jų dalį, įvykdyti kitus numatytus įsipareigojimus), pirkėjas skaičiuoja 0,03 proc. dydžio delspinigius.
Mokėjimas atliekamas tik po to, kai pirkėjas patikrina pristatytas prekes, atliktų paslaugų kokybę ir (arba) kitus numatytus tiekėjo įsipareigojimus ir abi šalys pasirašo priėmimo–perdavimo aktą, ne vėliau kaip per 30 kalendorinių dienų nuo tinkamų dokumentų gavimo.
Avansinis mokėjimas tiekėjui nemokamas.
