Description of the procurement:
Im Rahmen des Leistungsumfangs ist die Durchführung von Prüfungen der ortsfesten elektrischen Anlagen, gemäß BetrSichV, TRBS, DGUV durch zur Prüfung befähigte Personen der Kerntechnischen Ausrüstung, einschließlich der Dokumentation gemäß KTE Richtlinien zu erbringen.
Im Einzelnen handelt es sich um Prüfung der ortsfesten elektrischen Anlagen, die im Rahmen eines Dienstvertrages vom AN selbständig und eigenverantwortlich für die KTE zu erbringen sind.
Der AN gewährleistet die eigenständige, sorgfältige und dem Stand von Wissenschaft und Technik entsprechende Leistungserbringung.
Zur Prüfung gehören alle Maßnahmen, mit denen Festgestellt wird, dass die Ausführung der elektrischen Anlage mit dem Errichtungsprogramm übereinstimmt.
Die Prüfung umfasst den Punkt „Besichtigen“ und den Punkt „Erproben und Messen“.
Je nach Art der Anlage können weitere gesetzliche Verordnungen oder vertragsrechtliche Forderungen oder Normen für die Prüfung von Bedeutung sein.
Zur Prüfung gehört die Bewertung, dass alle Anforderungen eingehalten sind.
Die folgenden Einzelleistungen sind in Abhängigkeit der Projekterfordernisse für die KTE zu erbringen:
Durchführen von Erstprüfungen von Anlagen gemäß DIN VDE 0100-600 und Wiederholungsprüfungen gemäß DIN VDE 0105-100 und 0113.
