Description of the procurement:
Das Deutsche Krebsforschungszentrum plant den Abbruch mit vorheriger Schadstoffsanierung von 2 ehemaligen, miteinander verbundenen Forschungsgebäuden auf dem Campus des DKFZ Im Neuenheimer Feld in Heidelberg. Bei einem der Gebäude handelt es sich um das Radiologiegebäude, INF 260, erbaut 1972, bei dem anderen Gebäude handelt es sich um das Reaktorgebäude, INF 260, erbaut 1972. Das Radiologiegebäude hat eine bauliche Schnittstelle zum Hauptgebäude des DKFZ, INF 280, das nicht abgebrochen wird und in dem der Betrieb ungestört aufrechterhalten bleiben muss. Das Reaktorgebäude ist unmittelbar mit dem Zyklotrongebäude verbunden, das ebenfalls nicht abgebrochen wird, in dem jedoch kein Gebäudebetrieb mehr stattfindet (allerdings unterliegt das stillgelegte Zyklotrongebäude noch der Strahlenschutzverordnung). Beide Gebäude sind ehemalige Laborgebäude mit Büroräumen. Die Laborräume und Großgeräteräume unterliegen teilweise der Strah-lenschutzverordnung. Im Reaktorgebäude wurde bis 1998 ein Forschungsreaktor betrieben (der Reaktor selbst ist bereits vollständig zurückgebaut, die Reaktorhalle wurde 2006 aus dem Atomrecht entlassen). Aufgrund der radioaktiven Arbeiten, die in diesen Räumen statt-gefunden haben, müssen die betroffen Räume und einzelne Bauteile sowie technische Anlagen vor Abbruchbeginn freigemessen werden. Dafür hat das DKFZ mit separatem Vertrag eine Fachfirma für Strahlenschutz beauftragt. Zu koordinieren sind die Schnittstellen zu den Leistungen der Freimessung sowie zu Leistungen des ebenfalls separat beauftragten abbruchbegleitenden Tragwerksplaners und des Baugrundgutachters.

Die Flächen für die Baustelleneinrichtung sind sehr begrenzt. Die Straßen und die Zufahrts- sowie Flucht- und Rettungswege rund um die abzubrechenden Gebäude sind jederzeit frei zu halten.
