Cifra anual de negocio. Descripción: volumen anual de negocios referido al mejor ejercicio dentro de los 3 últimos ejercicios, por importe igual o superior a 405 000 EUR. El volumen anual de negocios del licitador se acreditará por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, si el empresario estuviera inscrito en dicho registro, y en caso contrario por las depositadas en el registro oficial en que deba estar inscrito. Los empresarios individuales no inscritos en el Registro Mercantil acreditarán su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizados por el Registro Mercantil.

List and brief description of selection criteria:
Trabajos realizados. Descripción: una relación de los principales suministros realizados de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato en el curso de como máximo los 3 últimos años en la que se indique el importe, la fecha y el destinatario, público o privado de los mismos. Los suministros efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público; cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por éste o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario acompañada de los documentos obrantes en poder del mismo que acrediten la realización de la pretensión. Se entiende como suministros de similares características aquellos conjuntos mecánicos en acero con un peso superior a 110 toneladas (aproximadamente un 10 % del suministro de este contrato) y por un importe mínimo de 100 000 EUR. Se deberán acreditar al menos 2 suministros de estas características durante los últimos 3 años. Igualmente se deberá acreditar al menos 2 contratos en los cuales se hayan empleado elementos de protección superficial anticorrosión, para metales de base férrea similares a los que se especifican para este contrato (galvanizado, cromado, pinturas, etc).

ESS ERIC ha urgido al Consorcio ESS Bilbao a licitar lo antes posible todos los componentes del Tuning Beam Dump, ya que su retraso puede conllevar a su vez retrasos en la instalación de varios componentes del acelerador de la Fuente Europea suministrados por otros países miembros.
