Die Hauptorte der Ausführung befinden sich in den Ortslagen: 08301 Schlema, 08280 Alberoda und 08118 Hartenstein.

Description of the procurement:
Die Leistung ist mit 1 600 Stunden/Jahr auskömmlich kalkuliert und teilen sich wie folgt auf:
50 Stunden – Die Funktionstüchtigkeit der der seismoakustischen Überwachungsanlagen ist regelmäßig zu überprüfen incl. Kontroll-, Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten;
70 Stunden – Änderung Geophonnetz gemäß der lokalen Anforderungen und im Rahmen der Umstellung auf digitalen Betrieb;
1 250 Stunden – Datenaufbereitung und Datenbearbeitung;
230 Stunden – Auswertung der Daten in einem Jahresbericht, d. h. auf der Grundlage der ermittelten Herdparameter der einzelnen Ereignisse ist die Seismizität insgesamt zu charakterisieren und zu bewerten.

Die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung gilt ab Vertragsunterzeichnung bis zum 31.12.2019.
Die Rahmenvereinbarung verlängert sich jeweils um ein Jahr, wenn er nicht bis zum 30.09. des jeweils laufenden Jahres -erstmalig bis zum 30.09. 2019 schriftlich gekündigt wird.
Die maximale Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 4 Jahre.

Für den Einsatz auf dem Betriebsgelände der Wismut GmbH sind die Regelungen des Bundesberggestzes (BBergG) und der Strahlenschutzverordnung (StrlSchV) einzuhalten. Dabei sind die Vorgaben gemäß Vertragsentwurfes und der Anlage „Tätigkeit von Fremdfirmen in der Wismut GmbH unter BBergG“ zu beachten.
