El plazo durante el cual el licitador estará obligado a mantener su oferta es de 2 meses a partir de la apertura de criterios evaluables por fórmula. Los criterios de adjudicación son los indicados en el punto II.2.5) de este anuncio y se valorarán de acuerdo con lo establecido en el apartado 22 del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas. La fecha del acto de apertura electrónica económica es la señalada en el apartado IV.2.7), y la fecha de la apertura electrónica de la documentación relativa a los criterios cuya ponderación depende de juicios de valor (sobre C) se celebrará del mismo modo el día: 6.2.2019 a las 11.00 horas.

El plazo de presentación de proposiciones se ha reducido según lo dispuesto en el artículo 156 de la LCSP.

La documentación se encuentra a disposición de los licitadores en la plataforma de licitación electrónica en el que tienen que presentar sus ofertas y en el perfil del contratante de Euskadi.

El presente expediente es de licitación exclusivamente electrónica.
