Short description:
Im Rahmen des SPIRAL2 Projektes wird eine Einrichtung für die Erzeugung von exotischen Kernen mit großem Anteil an Protonen und Neutronen bei einer Vielzahl von Massen errichtet. Ein supraleitender linearer Beschleuniger (LINAC) wurde gebaut und wird einen starken stabilen Ionenstrahl liefern. Targets aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen werden mit diesem Ionenstrahl für Grundforschung in der Kernphysik und interdisziplinäre Forschung beschossen.

Die Anlage befindet sich auf dem Gelände von GANIL (National large heavy ion Accelerator) in Caen, Frankreich. Der Beschleuniger und zwei Experimentierbereiche sind bereits gebaut und befinden sich in der Inbetriebnahme.

Die Strahlstrecke SPIRAL 2-DESIR (Disintegration, Excitation and Storage of Radioactive Ions) führt den erzeugten Ionenstrahl von Spiral2-S3 oder von der bereits existierenden Anlage Spiral1 zu den Experimenten führen.

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Membranbälge der Strahlführung. Die Bälge werden zwischen den Strahlkomponenten (z. B. Diagnosekammern, Quadrupole oder Vakuumrohren) eingebaut, um die Montage und Ausrichtung der Strahlstrecke und ihrer Komponenten zu erleichtern.

Je nach Konfiguration der benachbarten Komponente haben die Membranbälge unterschiedliche Flansche und Längen.

Alle Membranbälge bestehen aus einem identischen Membranbalg mit Endstücken.

GSI behält sich vor, die 3 bestbewertenden Anbieter ggf. zu mehreren Verhandlungsrunden eingeladen. Am Ende der Verhandlungsrunden werden die Bieter zur Abgabe finaler Angebote aufgefordert. GSI wird diese finalen Angebote anhand der festgelegten Zuschlagskriterien nochmals bewerten und über den Zuschlag entscheiden.
