Im Rahmen des 2. Bauabschnitts der Umstrukturierung des Klinischen Zentrums in Andernach sind nachfolgende Leistungen abschnittsweise auszuführen:

Metallständerwände:

— d = 125 bis 250 mm beidseitig beplankt, 440 m2,

— d = 150 mm beids. doppelt beplankt F30 & F90, 400 m2,

— Bleiverstärkung 95 m2,

— Installations-Vorsatzschalen d = 150 mm,70 m2,

— F90-Brandschutzbekleidung Stahlträger 35 m2.

Abgehängte Decken.:

— GK-Decken 440 m2,

— Akustikdecken 43 m2,

— MF-Rasterdecken 350 m2,

— Metallkassetendecken, sowie in F30, 400 m2,

— Brandschutzverkleidung Leuchten F30, 50 m.

Innentüren.:

— Stahlumfassungszargen 46 St.,

— Holztürelement T30 RS mit Zarge 8 St.,

— Schiebetüranlage 17 St.,

Das bestehende Gebäude (Klinisches Zentrum) wird in 4 Bauabschnitten umstrukturiert. Der jetzige 2. Bauabschnitt beinhaltet den Bau einer Intensivstation, einer Angiographie und Arzträumen. Weiter wird der Innenhof neu gestaltet und ein neuer Aufzug wird dort vor der Fassade errichtet.
