Description of the procurement:
The total surface area of beryllium required for the 215 panels is about 300m2, weighing around 6 tonnes. The total number of tiles required is approximately 200 000 in several shapes/dimensions with typical dimensions of 42x36x10 mm.

The duration of the contract shall be such that the full quantity of beryllium tiles needed for the fabrication of 215 Normal Heat Flux (NHF) First Wall (FW) Panels, plus possible spares or replacements can be supplied. Current expectation is that the framework contracts signed following this procedure will last around 94 months. Renewals will be given if needed to fulfill the aims of the contract.
