Description of the procurement:
Aufgrund der Komplexität und des Umfangs der Projekte soll zur Unterstützung des Auftraggebers („AG“) die technische Beratungsleistung bei der Planung und Realisierung in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung implementiert werden.

Ausgeschrieben ist der Rahmenvertrag zu u. g. Leistungsbildern ab Vertragsbeginn zunächst für 1 Jahr mit Optionen zur Verlängerung um maximal 3 Jahre bis 31.12.2022.

GSI geht davon aus, folgenden Beratungsbedarf zu haben: im Jahresmittel ein Beraterprofil von 220 Tagen pro Jahr über o. g. Leistungszeitraum zur Beratung der GSI-Abt. Gebäude- und Anlagentechnik.

GSI stellt klar, dass diese Angaben lediglich zur Kalkulation des Angebotes und zur qualitätsgesicherten Entwicklung eines entsprechenden Abwicklungskonzeptes dienen und darüber hinaus keinerlei Verbindlichkeit entfalten. Die angegebenen Werte können (sowohl je Profil als auch insgesamt) kurzfristig stark nach oben und unten schwanken.

GSI ist nicht zum Abruf einer Mindestmenge an Beratungsleistungen verpflichtet.
