Das BfS betreibt an der Dienststelle Neuherberg eine behördlich bestimmte Inkorporationsmessstelle für beruflich strahlenexponierte Personen. Zu dieser Messstelle gehört unter anderem ein Teilkörperzähler. Wesentlicher Bestandteil des Teilkörperzählers sind vier Reinstgermaniumdetektoren, die nach altersbedingtem Ausfall von drei Detektoren und vorherigem schleichendem Qualitätsverlust zu ersetzen sind. Im Gegensatz zum bisherigen Aufbau sollen die Detektoren elektrisch gekühlt sein. Detektoren (Pos. 01) sowie der elektrische Kühler (Pos. 02) müssen aufeinander abgestimmt sein, sodass beide Positionen vom selben Hersteller stammen müssen. Es ist wünschenswert, dass die vorhandenen 4 Detektoren nebst 4 Dewargefäßen im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung einem Verkauf (Pos. 03) zugeführt werden.
