Der Abfallwirtschaftsbetrieb des Landkreises Karlsruhe führt ein Markterkundungsverfahren gemäß § 28 VgV durch. Dieses dient der Vorbereitung der Auftragsvergabe und zur Unterrichtung der Unternehmen über die Auftragsvergabepläne im Zusammenhang mit der Abholung, dem Transport und der Entsorgung freigegebener Abfälle aus dem Kernkraftwerk Philippsburg (ENBW-Anlagen) und der Kerntechnischen Entsorgung Karlsruhe GmbH (KTE) auf einer Deponie oder zur Verbringung in ein Versatzbergwerk untertage. Ziel des Markterkundungsverfahrens ist es, mit den Interessenten die Ausgestaltung möglicher Entsorgungsvarianten zu erkunden.

Der Abfallwirtschaftsbetrieb des Landkreises Karlsruhe führt ein Markterkundungsverfahren gemäß § 28 VgV durch. Dieses dient der Vorbereitung der Auftragsvergabe und zur Unterrichtung der Unternehmen über die Auftragsvergabepläne im Zusammenhang mit der Abholung, dem Transport und der Entsorgung freigegebener Abfälle aus dem Kernkraftwerk Philippsburg (EnBW-Anlagen) und der Kerntechnischen Entsorgung Karlsruhe GmbH (KTE). Ziel des Markterkundungsverfahrens ist es, mit den Interessenten die Ausgestaltung möglicher Entsorgungsvarianten zu erkunden. Beim Rückbau dieser kerntechnischen Anlagen werden in den nächsten 5 bis 10 Jahren ca. 35 000 Mg Abbruchabfälle anfallen, die entsorgt werden sollen. Die Leistung soll die Übernahme, den Transport und die Entsorgung umfassen. Es handelt sich überwiegend um Betonabfälle, die in Big Bags verpackt werden.

Im Rahmen der Markterkundung ist generell keine Zuschlagserteilung vorgesehen.

Das Markterkundungsverfahren ist kein Vergabeverfahren gemäß den Vorgaben des GWB und der VgV. Es dient dem Abfallwirtschaftsbetrieb des Landkreises Karlsruhe zur Vorbereitung eines sich möglicherweise anschließenden Vergabeverfahrens insbesondere zur Herstellung der Markttransparenz. Ansprüche auf eine Auftragserteilung oder die spätere Durchführung eines Vergabeverfahrens bestehen nicht.
