The objective is to contribute to strengthening the national crisis management and the disaster response and preparedness capabilities, including fire safety regulations, CBRN, based on disaster risk assessment and mapping, as well as training and oversight capabilities, taking into account the specific needs of children and women in emergencies alongside by strengthening the coordination with the EU Civil Protection Mechanism, including though the implementation of Host Nations Support Procedures. 8. Regulation (EU) No 236/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11.3.2014 laying down common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for financing external action and Regulation (EU) No 232/2014 of the European Parliament and of Council of 11.3.2014 establishing a European Neighbourhood Instrument. Please be aware that after the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU, the rules of access to EU procurement procedures of economic operators established in third countries will apply to candidates or tenderers from the United Kingdom depending on the outcome of negotiations.
