List and brief description of conditions:
Befähigung zur Berufsausübung einschließlich Auflagen hinsichtlich der Eintragung in einem Berufs- oder Handelsregister: Auflistung und kurze Beschreibung der Bedingungen: Der Bieter hat zum Nachweis seiner Fachkunde, Leistungsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit Angaben zu machen über:

1) den Umsatz des Unternehmens in den letzten 3 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren, soweit er Bauleistungen und andere Leistungen betrifft, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind, unter Einschluss des Anteils bei gemeinsam mit anderen Unternehmen ausgeführten Aufträgen;

2) die von ihm ausgeführten Leistungen in den letzten 3 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind – Es ist der Auftraggeber mit Ansprechpartner und Telefonnummer, die Bausumme und der Ausführungszeitraum anzugeben;

3) die Zahl der in den letzten 3 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren jahresdurchschnittlich beschäftigten Arbeitskräfte, gegliedert nach Berufsgruppen;

4) die ihm für die Ausführung der zu vergebenden Leistung zur Verfügung stehende technische Ausrüstung;

5) das von ihm für die Leitung und Aufsicht vorgesehene technische Personal;

6) die Eintragung in das Berufsregister ihres Sitzes oder Wohnortes, bei Bietergemeinschaften sind die Unterlagen für jedes Mitglied gesondert vorzulegen.

7) andere, insbesondere für die Prüfung der Fachkunde geeignete Nachweise;

8) Der Bieter hat eine Bescheinigung der Berufsgenossenschaft vorzulegen. Bieter, die Ihren Sitz nicht in der BRD haben, haben eine Bescheinigung des für sie zuständigen Versicherungsträgers vorzulegen. Präqualifizierte Unternehmen können anstelle der o. g. Nachweise im Angebotsschreiben die Nummer angeben, unter der sie in der Liste des Vereins für die Präqualifikation von Bauunternehmen (Präqualifikationsverzeichnis) eingetragen sind. (Die eingetragenen Daten müssen den oben geforderten nachweisen entsprechen.) Nicht präqualifizierte Unternehmen haben zum Nachweis der Eignung mit dem Angebot das ausgefüllte Formblatt 124 „Eigenerklärungen zur Eignung“ oder die Einheitliche Europäische Eigenerklärung (EEE) vorzulegen.
