Cette mission est limitée à un certain nombre d’entreprises car il s’agit d’un projet très complexe et difficile.

— la réglementation belge ne définit pas suffisamment les exigences en matière de sécurité nucléaire et d'environnement concernant l'entreprise PTF,

— l'Agence belge de contrôle nucléaire (AFCN) peut exiger des spécifications supplémentaires et / ou des ajouts à chaque étape existante au cours des phases de conception,

— les données détaillées et définitives des services attendus de l'ingénieur concepteur seront fournies par le SCK-CEN correspondant aux phases de conception.
