Short description:
L'accord-cadre intervient dans le cadre d'un marché déclaré sans suite. L'accord-cadre concerne la fourniture, la livraison, la mise en service, la formation et la maintenance d'équipements pour radiopharmacie. Le présent appel d'offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles 25-i.1o et 67 à 68 du décret no 2016-360 du 25.3.2016. Cette consultation sera passée en application des articles 78 et 80 du décret no 2016-360 du 25.3.2016 relatif aux accords-cadres. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et pour un maximum annuel de 750 000,00 EUR HT, soit un maximum de 3 000 000,00 EUR HT sur les 4 années de validité de l'accord-cadre et un seul opérateur économique.
