Established in the UK since 1987 and the US from 1996 ANTECH have a wealth of experience in the Assay of Nuclear Waste.
During that time we have developed, manufactured, supplied and supported a wide range of quality assured instruments and systems designed for the handling and non-destructive measurement of radioactive materials. These materials include nuclear waste, special nuclear materials (SNM) and radioactivity in the environments.
The applications of ANTECH measuring systems include the characterisation and assay of intermediate and low level nuclear waste, nuclear safeguards measurements of SNM (uranium and plutonium), Homeland Security and contamination measurements (portal monitors) and sentencing measurements of low level radioactive materials for potential free release.
ANTECH instruments are based on gamma ray, neutron, charged particle and heat (calorimetry) measurement technology. In addition to providing measurement instruments and systems. ANTECH also provides specialised measurement services.
