Established in 1988 and based in the heart of the West Midlands, Nova Design is a privately owned, UK based provider of sub-contract engineering design and draughting services.
With an internal capacity of 40 stations running the latest in both 2D and 3D CAD software including Pro-Engineer, Unigraphics, Inventor, Mechanical Desktop, Solid Edge, SolidWorks and Autocad together with Ansys (DesignSpace) Finite Element Analysis software.
Nova’s design engineers can produce detailed manufacture drawings for a wide range of engineering industries and disciplines including Tooling, Special Purpose Machinery and Mechanical Handling equipment.
Previous Nuclear Industry experience includes :
Skip handling equipment, grapples, lifting beams, hoists and cranes, HEPA filters, silo emptying machinery, flask transportation trollies and remotely operated tooling.
