BNML manufacture parts for many industries, such as Power
Generation, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Motorsport,
Aerospace, Military, Marine.
We have the capability to produce fasteners by bar turning or
by forging, we can produce in house parts from M2 – M200
diameter.
We are flexible wherever possible with lead times and this
gives us the ability to produce scheduled orders where our
customers have a longstanding contract, allowing economies
of scale, and at the other end of the spectrum we have a
system for manufacturing parts on incredibly short lead times,
even same day, which can be invaluable to customers on a
maintenance shutdown, ensuring that plant is up and running
again as soon as possible, limiting downtime and hence
potential loss of earning.
We now have stocks of petrochemical flange bolting products,
ie studbolts and nuts in both metric and imperial in a variety
of material grades, studs in grades B7, B7M, L7, L7M, B8, B8M,
B8 Class 2, B8M Class 2, 660 & super duplex grades, with nuts
in grade 2H, 2HM, 7, 7M, 4, Grade 4, Grade 8, 8M, 660 &
super duplex grades. Carbon Steel grades are also available as
galvanised. This is in addition to our raw material atocks in Durehete, Inconel, Nimonic etc.
